2. This machine can be operated smoothly and reliably during the warp preparation process, meeting the technical requirements for the corresponding wire material.
3. This machine is fully computerized numerical control.The control panel is touch screen with display.It also has Button panel,remote control and foot switch jog action.
4. The wire tension can be displayed accurately.The error is below 0.1kg.Just pre-set the parameters and the machine will control and maintain the consistent tension automatically according to the thickness if rolling.
5. When the device is operating, there is no overall vibration at different speeds, and the noise is controlled below 50 decibels.
6. Overall can be adjusted for 1.3 meters and 1.6 meters length warp beam. Customized machines can also be done for beams of 2.0m,2.2m,2.5m,etc.
